Right to Play

The Right to Play is a fundamental human right recognized by the United Nations, emphasizing that every child has the right to engage in play and recreational activities. This right is crucial for the holistic development of children, contributing to their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Play fosters creativity, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and resilience, forming a foundation for lifelong learning and personal development.

Physical Literacy refers to the ability, confidence, and desire to be physically active for life. It encompasses a range of skills and attitudes that enable individuals to move competently in various physical activities and environments. Physical literacy is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and promoting overall well-being.
